My professional journey began in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative. I was enjoying and building a strong foundation in client interaction and problem solving as I went along. By 2013, thanks to my strong work ethic, I advanced to a Team Leader in 2015. I was leading high performing support teams until 2021. I progressed to Quality Analyst after being promoted to ensure service excellence and coach the teams for peak performance which led to my consistent results and strong leadership skills.
