• Proficient in defect tracking and managing defect life cycle and QA Tools: Database Tools (pgAdmin, Adminer, MySQL) JIRA, Zephyr for JIRA Cloud, Confluence, JMeter, Service Now, Mercury Quality Center, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), HP QuickTest Professional (QTP), PVCS, SQA Robot, WinRunner, LoadRunner, iMacros, QuickTestPro, and Microsoft Test Manager.
• Has significant work experience with Insurance, Banking, and Constructions System
• Has working knowledge on Release and Deployment process that focuses on the quality of Project’s service deliverables
