I am a professional and qualified Medical Biller with five years of experience in Charge Entry, Claims Submission, Accounts Receivable follow-ups, Denial Management, Payment Posting and Appeals, with different specialties from Dermatology, Home Health Care, and Physical Therapy.
I also worked on Workers Compensation focusing on the aging claims/ Accounts receivables.
My first job was in Banking Industry. My 20 years of working experience deals with customer service for both marketing and operations. I was responsible for processing the transactions relative to operations, products and services of the company. Reviewing client's documents, sending reports, answering/replying emails from other Departments and clients promptly were my daily routine and regularly monitor clients. I made sure that files are complete, in- order, updated, reported and recorded.
I am trained to be responsible with an initiative to do certain task. Always dedicated to my work and doing something to the best of my ability.
