I am doing general admin VA currently. Specifically my tasks are social media management, database management, data entry, email management, calendar management and appointment scheduling.
I had experience with customer service and technical supports for smartphones, iOS devices, cables, telephones, fax machine, and modems. I had some few experience with sales but only minimal. Lastly I had experience with email response and back office. Had an experience with database management, social media management and appointment setting for business.
