We mainly used: Calltools, Podio, Propstream, Smrtphone, Appfolio, Dialpad, Slack, WhatsApp, Emails, Gmail, Sortd, Trello, Skype, Aircall, G-Suite, Docuhub, Docusign, Buildertrends, CompanyCam, FotoNotes, Click-Up, Followup Boss, Mojo, BatchLeads, BatchDialer, Angilist, Thumbtack and actually - you name it :D we have tried everything. My deliverables include SOP creation, working the jobs or testing out different tools, providing feedback if it's effective; Providing training or coaching or tools tutorials when needed; Recruiting talents for clients and friends of clients - sometimes training them too.
