Hi, I'm ----------- -----------. I worked for a BPO company called arvato Bertelsmann for 3 years as a Process Specialist for the licensing department for our client. I am tasked to provide expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter. My skills include that I have an understanding of the current business processes and tools which impact our customers and work with the necessary owners internally to resolve any issues and fix processes. I also participate in tea-----------etings, discussions and other activities as required to support the team and improve the quality of the operation.
I am also a computer technician well versed in computer hardware assembly, troubleshooting and maintenance. I have been repairing, maintaining and upgrading computers since 2006.
