With over 11 years in the call center industry, I honed my skills in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality results. I've worked on various campaigns in the past, servicing customers from the US, UK, AU, NZ, EU, Canada and APAC regions in industries such as car rentals, eCommerce/dropshipping, online education, airline reservations, and telecommunications.
Advancing from my initial role, I was promoted to the position of Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this role, my responsibilities expanded to include handling escalations, providing floor support, working on process improvements, and completing additional tasks assigned by my client.
