I have experience working in customer service and assisting clients from my previous jobs. These experiences helped me develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while handling tasks and responsibilities.
I also have basic knowledge in data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace such as Google Sheets, Slides, and Drive. I completed training in Virtual Assistance and Virtual Bookkeeping using Xero and QuickBooks, and I also have basic skills in graphic design and video editing.
