• I’ve been a recruiter for 8 years doing sourcing of suitable applicants by conducting research on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites etc. I have also done recruiting passive candidates through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building. Conducts pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements. Organizing and keeping of candidates’ files, tracking their activities, opportunities, and references and creating end of day reports of productivity and results.
