During those months, I was able to polish my skills in customer relationship. Though not everything was spoon fed, I learned to find resources that will be able to help me to get my job done. Aside from having enjoyed my job in the BPO Industry, I was previously an Encoder at Tagbilaran City Hall assigned at Inventory Management Office that handles Inventory reports twice a year and was the one who input data in the system. I was able to adapt tasks given to me and these were the following:

- Monitor of inventory of equipment and other city properties while maintaining confidentiality.
- Encode production/data entries
I also worked at Department of Social Welfare and Development as an enumerator or as a data collector on the beneficiaries of MKP project. my work lasted for three(3) months because it's a project based job. My work included the following:
- Conduct a house to house surveys to all beneficiaries on the said project.

With the skills I have cultivated for the past years, I believe that it can be tapped and contribute to your philosophy of service to your clients.
For me, life is a continuous learning process. Hence, if my background would not be of much help to you, i welcome tasks as part of my learning. New experiences that will encounter in a new different job would add up in my skills and for sure will be an advantage for me to grow as a person.
