Hi, I’m Jahn Eiram Chin Bontia. I run operations and marketing delivery for founders who want steady execution without chaos.

I started in BPO support (2015–2019), where I learned calm communication, KPI discipline, and how to keep quality high under pressure. I moved into Virtual Assistance on December 2, 2019, and that evolved into operations leadership—building SOPs, tightening handoffs, and keeping teams consistent week to week.

Today, I lead work across:

• Executive support + operations: calendar/inbox control, meeting prep, coordination, clean documentation, and internal rhythms

• Marketing operations: CRM and pipeline hygiene, lead capture + booking flows, email/SMS scheduling, basic automations, list health, and weekly KPI reporting

• Marketing delivery support: campaign coordination, funnel/landing page builds, performance reporting, and brand-consistent asset organization and copy edits

I’ve supported teams in digital marketing environments and also operated inside a law firm setting where I grew from executive support into an operations leadership seat. My style is simple: listen first, organize what’s real, then stitch tools + people together so execution stays clean.
