My journey started in 2003 with Philippine Airlines as a Reservations and Ticketing Agent, where I built a strong foundation in customer engagement and problem-solving. After seven years of handling high-volume reservations and ticket issuance and providing excellent service to local and international clients, I transitioned to Amadeus Philippines, one of the world’s top travel technology providers. There, I supported the backbone systems used by travel agencies and airlines worldwide further deepening my tech and customer service expertise.
Eager to grow in a global business environment, I joined Schneider Electric and spent another rewarding 7 years as a Customer Support Specialist and Subject Matter Expert. I managed end-to-end order processes from forecasting and replenishment, to order entry, dispatch, and invoice support. I also specialized in preparing accurate quotes and managing contracts for our business partners. I worked extensively with cross-border teams, especially in Australia and the Pacific, ensuring that we met regional needs with consistency and precision.
In my current role at Ingram Micro, I bring versatility and leadership into dynamic operational teams. I have been deployed across several departments including US and Canada Customer Service and Sales, where I manage orders, returns, and claims. I lead process improvement initiatives that optimize team workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction. More recently, I’ve taken on responsibilities in reporting and analytics, particularly around vendor pricing across multiple global regions - Pacific, US, EMEA, and the UK. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Vendor Management, Sales, and Technical Departments. My analytical mindset, eye for detail, and ability to connect the dots help drive better decisions and smoother operations.
