I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and MBA with 10+ years of experience in accounting, ERP systems, financial reporting, reconciliation, audit support, process improvement, and automation.
My background combines hands-on accounting experience with extensive ERP and technology experience. I have worked with NetSuite and -----------, including ERP implementation, administration, data migration, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvement. I have also worked with systems and platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Stripe, American Express, Plaid, QuickBooks, TaxJar, Avalara, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
In my most recent role, I worked closely with Finance and was responsible for investigating and resolving complex accounting and reconciliation issues. I reconciled longstanding inventory and Accounts Receivable problems, investigated millions of transactions to identify discrepancies and root causes, corrected system and process issues, and prepared accounts to be audit-ready with proper documentation and supporting evidence.
I also participated in building an internal Finance OS. Using Claude Code, I developed integrations between the Finance OS and third-party platforms, including ERP, payment processors, banks, and e-commerce systems. I also built reconciliation and reporting workflows and developed tools to make financial data easier to analyze and review.
Beyond accounting, I have extensive experience identifying process gaps, implementing controls, creating SOPs and manuals, building dashboards, and automating repetitive processes. I enjoy taking a messy or inefficient process, understanding the underlying problem, and building a practical solution that makes the process more accurate and efficient.
