As an experienced Amazon Seller Support Associate with over 5 years of expertise, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how Seller Central operates from end to end.
I began my career assisting Merchant sellers with general concerns such as account setup, manual listing creation, order and return management, performance notifications, and payment issues. After a year, I was upskilled to the FBA Associate team where I specialized in fulfillment-related matters including inbound shipment creation, FBA inventory management, fulfillment orders, and returns across Amazon’s network.
Later, I advanced to the Catalog and Feeds Department, handling more technical aspects of account management. This included resolving bulk upload errors, managing complex variations, troubleshooting catalog issues, and addressing ASIN-level concerns that directly impacted product visibility and compliance.
In addition to these roles, I had the opportunity to serve as a Trainer and Subject Matter Expert, mentoring new associates and supporting colleagues in resolving escalated cases.
With this foundation, I transitioned into account management applying my knowledge, strategies, and hands-on experience to help sellers build sustainable businesses. My goal has always been to not only resolve issues but to proactively strengthen account health, ensure compliance, and position sellers for long-term growth on Amazon.
