As a Store Operations Manager I am handling over 200 employees. I make sure that they all adopt the Mission and Vision in everyday aspects of the business. I enforce all Business Operations policies and procedures necessary to run the business at the highest level.Upkeep all areas inside and outside to drive sales and personal safety of employees. This also includes assets, properties, merchandise, equipment and facilities. I ensure that I meet and exceed sales plans by proper and timely execution of Company standards and goals. Aside from these, I ascertain that the P&L goals are achieved and ensures that the Company is a Market Leader in competitiveness, profitability and service.Part also of my job is to review comments and suggestions from employees and -----------vestigate, prepare reports, and make recommendations for solving the problem and ensures appropriate follow-ups on all complaints.Responsible of Merchandise stocking and -----------rchandise Management Control, Ordering and Inventories. Accomplish weekly reports and submit it to the VP for Operations and the Company Owners. I also organize activities into logical and practical assignments to attain the desired -----------es to it that the plan are effectively carried ----------- also covers payroll audits,headcount reports and trainings. Conducts weekly meetings and submit performance review to the VP for Operations and the owners of the Company. It was also my job to create checklists, matrix, employee evaluation, policies and procedures, business assesments and plans. Working remotely and taking orders and instruction from my Superiors via Email, WhatsApp, Googlemeet and Zoom. Overall, I produce work that is comprehensive in scope and complete detail. I make sure that work is free from mistakes or error.
