I have a Bachelor's degree in Tourism management and my experience has allowed me to enhance my managing skills where I focused on tour planning and events organizing.
For the past 3 years, I have gained experience in Customer Service and Airbnb Property Management.
Also, I'm perfectly adequate in creating content and presentations using Canva, MS Office, Excel, Prezi, and such. I can do emails, chats, and even make phone calls for you, let me know what you need and I will get it done.
