I started working in the BPO industry in 2021 as an Admin
Specialist at Strata Staff, where I supported an Australian strata management
company by managing email records and data base management. After a year, I was
promoted to Team Leader. In that role, I supervised staff, assisted them with
tasks, and engaged directly with the client.
After 3 years with Strata Staff, I decided to seek new
opportunities and joined Cloudstaff in October of last year as a Property
Management Admin for an Australian Real Estate Agency. My responsibilities
included processing applications, renewals, and bills, as well as assisting the
Property Manager with ad hoc tasks.
