I have been in the BPO industry for quite some time which where I delivered services for mobile carriers and high technology products that are based in the United States. With these, I have been able to exercise and enhance my skills in research, communication, technical support, writing and customer services. Also, the use of computers allowed me to create and finish tasks using different software (both Windows & Mac) to make my work easier. I also have experience in training newly hired agents before where we teach them about the basics of the company’s program and how to use different tools (product knowledge). I am also a lecturer in the field of Natural Sciences and strong background in research. Also, I do have basic skills in freelancing including hotel & restaurant bookings, flight bookings, data entry, lead generation, product research, order processing, geo-tagging, and basic multimedia formatting (handbooks, IDs, Posters, PowerPoint, Educational Handouts, etc.). Most recent is being a Medical Virtual Assistant handling calls, medicine refills, medical results and records, email management, scheduling, and transcribing. HIPAA compliant. Recently certified as a Medical Coder with out-patient experience.
