I run a software and business solutions company that works with clients in the Philippines and the United States. My role focuses on planning projects, defining requirements, and working closely with tea-----------mbers to ensure tasks are clear, realistic, and well-coordinated.
I’m not a technical micromanager. I value clear instructions, open communication, and accountability on both sides. I believe people do their best work when expectations are set properly and collaboration is respectful.
I prefer long-term working relationships and aim to create a professional, supportive working environment. Feedback is direct but constructive, and I communicate clearly if something needs improvement so we can address it together.
