Hi, I’m Jem—I wear a lot of hats as an HR specialist, legal admin, recruiter, and former customer support professional. The common thread in my career is simple: I enjoy solving problems and helping people succeed.
I’ve worked across very different fields including e-discovery and legal research, HR support, customer service, and influencer outreach. It’s a mix that might look unusual at first, but it’s given me a strong toolkit that allows me to adapt quickly, switch gears with ease, and keep things moving no matter the setting.
I’ve helped source IT talent across the EU and supported MSP clients with recruitment, CV polishing, and candidate submissions. Before that, I supported U.S. law firms with e-discovery, partnered with Shopify and e-commerce brands on customer support, and collaborated on influencer campaigns for a New York coffee company.
At the end of the day, what I enjoy most is bridging gaps, organizing the moving parts, and making sure people have what they need to succeed, whether that’s a hiring manager, an attorney, or a customer.
