I have extensive experience in project management, customer service, drop shipping, and copywriting.
I have a strong background in customer service having worked as a Customer Service Virtual Assistant for drop shipping companies based in Australia and US. I handled customer inquiries and concerns received through the store’s designated Facebook pages and emails. I'm also comfortable with handling phone inquiries.
I have also worked as a Project Manager / Brand Manager for various companies. My tasks include contacting the supplier, writing productdescriptions, conceptualizing FB ads videos and product images, working with a team of graphic designers, creating product pages and Shopify stores, and launching the ads.
Working as a Project Manager also meant that I have to organize the team and keep track of all the project timelines. Aside from my management and organizational skills, being a project manager also strengthened my ability to think on my feet and resolve issues regarding the project in order to deliver high quality output on time.
