I have experience providing great customer support for big US-based companies like T-Mobile. Additionally, I was also able to experience working for start up e-commerce companies. I have also experienced generating leads for Real Estate investors and closing on those leads and acquiring them for my clients to invest in. I was able to grow in the real estate industry and was able to get promoted to a Lead Manager and then an Acquisition Manager.
Through these experiences, I was able to learn various skills and also gained knowledge and expertise in handling customers or potential leads, no matter what means of communication is used.
