Payroll (AU)
• Processing extended absences, employee travel reimbursement, overtime payments, out of cycle adjustments and loan
• Handling levy reports, long service leave reimbursement and worker’s compensation• Processing close of pay activities and addressing employees concern regarding pay discrepancy• Training new hires in the team and serves as the subject matter expert and peer checker
Employee Relations
• Reviews and audits attendance
• Drafts and issues memorandum concerning employees violation• Monitors employees shortages • Processes payroll and mandatory benefits
Compensation & Benefits
• Processes HMO Transactions • Monitors performance evaluation • Responds to employees concern regarding their benefits• Process company assistance• Computes employee travel assistance
Recruitment
• Administers Test• Endorses Applicants to the Interviewer• Informs Applicants about their Application Status• Collects Pre-employment requirements• Encodes Information and Application Status of Applicants• Joins Job Fair
