During my internship as a Desktop Support Specialist, I gained practical experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service desk tickets with Jira, assisting with Active Directory, and providing remote support for WFH employees. I’m also comfortable using asset management tools like SNIPE-IT and setting up biometric authentication systems.
