Enthusiastic team player experienced in motivating others to accomplish a goal, I have been able to work in almost every field in the BPO industry, from being a technical support representative to being a team leader handling more difficult tasks and providing the best customer experience to our clients while resolving all possible concerns, multi-tasking to quickly finish the job at hand at the same time accuracy is also being applied, and apparently very fluent in the English language, exceptional computer and microsoft office knowledge, and I can work independently or with a team. And I can confidently say that researching and typing tasks are very easy for me to do as I can work freely and is always looking for multiple tasks to finish and further enhance my skills in all aspects.
