I have been in the customer service industry since 2014. I started my career as a Sales Representative for a travel account and worked my way up and became a trainer. I have handled multiple programs and had produced a number of batches across the country for a healthcare, travel sales, and telecommunication social media. I tried my luck and ventured online jobs when the pandemic started. My latest role was with Playpark Hospitality as a Guest Services Associate.
