As Sales, I manage scheduling of delivery to customers. I have daily communication with customer and production. Also I manage schedule of drivers who will deliver the goods. I do forecasting and analization of sales. I also do sales report using powerpoint. Every month I do a PO recon to our customer. I issue sales invoice and delivery receipt.I always make sure to meet every customers need in requested time.
As logistic staff, I manage local and international shipment. I prepare necessary documents. I have daily communication with forwarder and sales team. I monitor all shipments.I ensure that every information are informed to my end customer. I provide monitoring,summarization & analization of shipments.Prepare report for any problem or discrepancy. I maximize use of google for shipment monitoring. I also do liquidation of expenses of shipments .
