Most of my work deals with being a case manager. I use MS Office(Word, Excel, OneNote, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Google(Drive, Docs, Sheets, Photos, -----------) on a daily basis and I am comfortable using them. I am also familiar with using WordPress, Hubspot, Shopify, GoHighLevel, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, Thinkific, Oracle NetSuite, CRM, VOIP, Zendesk, Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Slack, Canva, Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Trainual, Uscreen, ShipBob, Vimeo, Loom, and VPNs. I am a team player but I can also work with minimal supervision. I am highly trainable and I am passionate about what I do. I take communication and training very seriously to make sure to adhere to processes and SOPs so that I can tailor-fit customer service to client's specifics. I pay attention to detail and I am always open to feedback. I also do my best to come to work not just on time but at least a few minutes early to make sure I am set up for work.
