During my time as a Claims Payment Assessor, I utilized my analytical and evaluation skills to thoroughly check car insurance claims submitted by dealers. I quickly learned to multitask by using various tools simultaneously to assess whether claims should be accepted or rejected, depending on the insurance plan and vehicle type. This role helped me refine my customer service skills.
For six years, I had ran my own business, which also expanded after two years. I also served as an Operations Manager or Executive Assistant. My expertise spans across office and administration tasks, including handling client and supplier data, quality assurance, inventory management, bookkeeping, tax payments, and ensuring compliance with all business-related licenses.
Additionally, I was a Virtual Assistant for an online shop in the Philippines that sells products from Australia and New Zealand. In this role, I managed customer inquiries, maintained accurate inventory counts, and oversaw sales, profits, and losses.
Recently, I earned my Xero Advisor Certificate, which has further enhanced my financial and bookkeeping skills, enabling me to manage accounts and ensure tax compliance with ease.
