I began by managing individual website migration projects, but my role quickly evolved. Built the Entire Operations System from Scratch: I designed and implemented a complete suite of project management assets, including a master project tracker, client instructions briefs, content audit spreadsheets, and multi-phase QA checklists. This established a single source of truth and eliminated confusion.
Led a Strategic Turnaround Initiative: I developed and implemented a "Two-Track Strategy" to balance the needs of existing client work with the urgent priority of building new "Growth Engine" assets (new website, videos, etc.) to drive revenue.
Systemized Team Management: I instituted a daily asynchronous check-in process to align our remote team across multiple timezones (Philippines, India, etc.) and led data-driven weekly meetings that focused on performance and removing blockers.
