1. able to read and write ENGLISH and TAGALOG
2. can use microsoft office applications such as word / excel / powerpoint
3. can troubleshoot pc problems such as:
- network connection
- hardware problems (CPU,DISPLAY,INPUT DEVICES FAILURE)
- software updates
- some knowledge about winXP , win7 , and windows 8
4. know how to research on the web
5. knowledge about computer gaming and its society
