Able to understand and apply the policy coverages and endorsements
Performs completion of claim info and parameter settings, sketching/annotating of roof/interior/exterior, labeling of inspection photos, analyzing the scope of work based on the damages, estimating the right quantities, identifying the correct line items and labor minimums, applying the required depreciation, preparing narrative reports and invoices, submission of files and doing the revisions if necessary
