I've been interested in proofreading since I was in high school when I joined the school press, and up until now, I still use this skill when I do business-related writeups and similar tasks that require grammar and writing apprehension. I am also a music enthusiast. Not only can I appreciate it, but I also make my own. With that, I learned how to edit my songs and other audio stuff using digital audio workstation (DAW) software. I also do voice recording, e.g., voice-over or musical rendition recording, mixing and mastering.
Currently, I am locally hired as an Admin and Finance Clerk, specializing in accounts receivable collections, general accounting, and office administration. Five years and counting in these fields of work equipped me not only with the technical skills but also the passion, perseverance, and persistence needed in an actual workplace, as well as the skill to deal with people from all walks of life within and outside the organization.
