With over 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have developed a strong background across multiple functions including customer service, chat support, data entry, and transcription (audio and video). Throughout my career, I’ve consistently demonstrated reliability, initiative, and leadership—earning promotions to Subject Matter Expert and Assistant Team Lead roles. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Since 2021, I’ve been working remotely with international clients in various industries. I was a pioneer employee for a U.S.-based nursing agency serving nursing homes and hospices in Los Angeles, where I built and led a Filipino team and advanced to Operations Manager. I also partnered with a U.K. nursing agency supporting hospitals across Greater London, and later served as a Recruitment Specialist for an Australian cleaning agency. In all three organizations, I successfully met or exceeded hiring goals and maintained impressively low attrition rates through effective team management and communication.
In addition, I currently manage 15 Airbnb properties in California as a full-access co-host. My responsibilities include handling guest communications, ensuring smooth check-ins and stays, coordinating with cleaning teams, and maintaining each property to high standards. This role has honed my skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
