I have more than ten years of BPO experience with sales, facilitation, leadership and recruitment. I facilitated various trainings onsite, offsite and online for new hires, supervisory and managerial posts in the industry.
I have experience with human resources as I have done tie-ups with recruitment as a trainer to calibrate with the recruitment team to rightfully hire and close gaps prior to employment of near hires. I also worked as a recruiter and conducted initial screenings based on applicant's profile, credentials and qualifications.
