Graduated Cum Laude from Southville International School and Colleges with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Currently working as a Software Engineer at Amdocs in Taguig, Philippines, specializing in backend system operations and production support. I ensure system reliability by investigating and resolving i----------- through APIs, SQL queries, and Java-based backend debugging, while leveraging tools such as Splunk, New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, and Jenkins to optimize performance and deployment efficiency.
I also develop automation scripts in Groovy and Python to streamline bulk remediations and contribute to cross-team documentation via Confluence.
