Most Recent Experience: I currently work part-time for a UK-based client doing data entry with speed and accuracy. I use tools like Google Sheets and Excel and communicate clearly about task progress. I can troubleshoot basic technical issues and have strong English communication skills. I’m tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and able to stay focused for long periods.
Previous Roles: At Entry Education, I supported students and staff by keeping IT operations running smoothly and also worked in Student Support – Marking. Before that, I was an IT Associate at Walter Mart Supermarket, providing daily technical support and maintaining IT systems. I also worked as a Process Quality Control Administrator at Site Skills Training, where I improved my analytical and process management skills.
Career Start: I began as an IT Technical Support Intern at Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, where I gained hands-on experience in troubleshooting and end-user support.
