I’m an Accounting & Inventory Manager with over 8 years of accounting experience, including 4 years working remotely with a Singapore-based e-commerce business.
My experience sits across accounting, inventory and e-commerce operations. I’m used to working with businesses where the accounting side is closely connected to purchasing, stock, sales, fulfilment and payment systems, so I’m comfortable looking beyond the accounting ledger when something doesn’t reconcile.

• Inventory reconciliation, revaluation and stock adjustments

• B2B and B2C order workflows
• International freight and logistics coordination
• Excel and Google Sheets reporting and process improvement
I work extensively with Xero, Cin7 Core and Shopify, particularly in inventory-based and e-commerce environments.
I also have experience with SAP from my previous accounting role at SM Supermalls, where I worked with AP/AR, intercompany transactions, accruals, invoice processing, budget consolidation and month-end activities.
More recently, I’ve also started working hands-on with QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend. Xero is still my strongest accounting platform, but I’m continuing to build my experience with QBO and Buildertrend as part of my work.
Other systems and tools I’ve worked with include Excel, Google Sheets, Hubdoc, Stripe, PayPal, HitPay and Microsoft 365.
One of the things I enjoy most is investigating discrepancies and understanding why the numbers don’t match — whether the issue is coming from accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing or another system. I’m comfortable tracing transactions across different platforms, reconciling data and improving processes where needed.
I’m currently looking for a long-term remote role in Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting, E-commerce Finance or Finance Operations, ideally with a company where I can take ownership of my area and contribute beyond basic transaction processing.
