PC software and hardware is one of my expertise also, troubleshooting/reformatting/repair its just a technical support and i learned it on my own. I learned VBA EXCEL also, Computing/Macros/Coding. I created tool also inside my work using excel vba that helps a lot our team to do an easy coding process.
