• Monitor the requirements, framework conditions and progress of short and long-term projects
involving different development teams – Web Team, FoxPro/C# Team, and QA Team.
• Ensure development of products and services to customer requirements within the specified resources.
• Define goals and outline approach, and make adjustments within the restrictions set to achieve the most favorable results.
• Works in the field of development, user and customers, help produce goal and target specifications, and minimize potential risks especially on project timelines.
• Maintains an appropriate relationship with customers and ensure that the project results are comprehensible to management by creating a user manual for local customers, and video-how- to for customers outside the country.
• Provides SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) Documentation for larger and long-term projects.
• Tracks and reports tasks/issues by maintaining project action item lists, design issue lists, due dates, and other project milestone information, monitoring and updating project status and schedules.
