I've been with the BPO industry for almost 7 years and have been to a lot of job description. I started to work as a Customer Service Rep, then a billing rep for a telecommunication campaign, and I have been with an Escalation team for a financial campaign, Subject Matter Expert, where I have experienced doing more of paper works and reports. Previously worked as Operations team lead for a food delivery company, Appeals Associate for a medical company, and just recently as an Operations Associate for a menu building company called Woflow which i stayed for 4 years.
