As a licensed pharmacist, I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of the community through customer-focused service and quality medication. I dispensed drugs, counseled patients, and managed inventory. I have a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of La Salette, where I gained a solid foundation in pharmacy theory and practice.
I have over almost 3 years of experience in the pharmacy field, working in both community and hospital settings. I also collaborated with other health professionals to ensure optimal patient care and safety as I am always eager to learn new things and expand my knowledge in the field of pharmacy.
I have also a background in insurance claims for almost 2 years, being appointed as POC. I have had the opportunity to assist my teammates, guide new hires and support our process workflow efficiently.
These experiences have strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
