I have done test interpretation and analysis for different companies and educational institutes at Assessment Analytics Inc., a consulting firm that handles talent acquisition. I was assigned to meet with clients and work under minimal supervision. I had to communicate in both oral and written English at a high level since the clients that I am faced with often belonged to top management. I also prepared documents and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
My experience in the call center industry placed me in a position where I communicated in English with foreign customers about their inquiries or problems while multitasking to document and find a resolution to their concerns. I've learned to work under pressure, maintain my call times down, and keep customer satisfaction.
When I shifted to a work-from-home environment, it exposed me to tasks that involved audio transcription, social media management, content generation, and graphics editing. The online work-from-home landscape is a competitive one, therefore I make it a point to self-study and continue honing new skills, as well as my existing ones.
