Earvic Noay (b. 2002) is a young director, producer and project manager based in Manila, specializing in production management, creative operations, and content development. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of the Philippines Film Institute and was an exchange student at Hallym University Media School in South Korea.
Over the past several years, even as a student, he has managed the end-to-end production of films and creative projects ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to stakeholder requirements. His experience includes coordinating cross-functional teams, streamlining production workflows, managing project documentation, and working closely with creatives, clients, executive producers, and funding partners to bring projects to completion.
His productions have been supported by organizations such as the Film Development Council of the Philippines, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, QCinema, Netflix's iNDIEGENIUS, and other local and international funding initiatives. He also served as Festival Director of Piling Obrang Vidyo XX (POV), where he led the planning and execution of one of the country's longest-running student film festivals.
