I have the ability to adopt any changes that I might encounter such as changing of schedules, providing good metrics or score that the company needs. I can follow rules or any protocol that the company implemented, I make sure to have to listen and be attentive especially in giving me instruction or any things that needs to be done by myself. I always puts myself to the customer's shoe in order for me to understand them and to be able to give them the right advice or solution.
