I'm a Head of FP&A who helps businesses make sharper financial decisions and run leaner operations. My work covers financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and building financial systems from scratch, the kind that give owners a clear view of where their money is going and where growth is hiding.
Most recently, I built a financial system hub, an in-house app, that pulls reporting, forecasting, and budgeting into one place and automates the manual work behind them. I've also built full financial models from the ground up, connected QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Excel for real time reporting, and worked directly with CEOs, CFOs, and business owners to tie strategy to the numbers. I'm heavy on Excel and Google Sheets, and I lean on AI tools like Claude along with Zapier and ----------- to cut the manual work and keep data flowing.
