I am a registered nurse by profession. I have been a registered nurse for about 14 years and I am a Certified Nephrology Nurse since 2015. I was an Operating Room Nurse for a total of 9 years in a private hospital here in Davao City.
I also used to work as an RN Heals nurse in a tertiary hospital with a 1000 bed capacity. I was given a chance to be a nurse trainee in a chiropractic clinic for 1 year.
As a nurse, I am trained to be patient, observant, and to have a keen attention to detail. I have a strong knowledge in health care, medical practices, and terminologies.
I also work on a project basis for a virtual assistant. I am usually tasked to do data entry work and web research. I have good skills in typing, microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint.
I used to work as a Customer Relations Representative in a Business Process Outsourcing Company. I serve customers by providing product and service information, resolving product, and service problems. I also receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers by utilizing the organization’s internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders. As customer relations representative, I was able to enhance my skills on problem solving and documentation. I also developed my listening and phone skills.
I am hardworking, driven, and resourceful. I can work with minimum supervision and I make sure that I produce quality work.
