With 5+ years of experience supporting global clients, I've worked closely with senior leaders, high-level executives, consultants, and decision-makers across North America. My experience spans executive support, customer service, project coordination, CRM management, onboarding, training, and administrative operations. I've managed client communications, coordinated schedules across multiple time zones, maintained CRM records, tracked action items, prepared reports, facilitated meetings, and ensured projects moved forward efficiently.
Alongside my corporate experience, I've also performed many Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant responsibilities, including calendar management, inbox management, executive communications, follow-ups, research, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and operational support. I enjoy being the person behind the scenes who keeps priorities organized, protects leadership's time, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
I also run my own camera rental business where I manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), customer inquiries, bookings, scheduling, content creation, and business operations.
