DATA ENTRY & DATA MANAGEMENT
High volume, accuracy first. I manage catalog data across 500+ SKUs including supplier
cost, retail price, and margin per product, plus cleanup, validation, and migration between
systems. I also encoded a university's complete student records database, cross-checking
every entry against physical documents. When the data has to be correct, I am the one you
hand it to.
SHOPIFY
Daily order processing and fulfillment, shipment coordination, tracking and delivery
follow-through, order logs, inventory updates, product listing, and listing and image QA —
I have independently found and resolved 50+ catalog issues. I also build the Google Sheets
sales dashboards clients actually make decisions from: daily, weekly, and monthly revenue
totals, order volume trends, and period-over-period comparison.
AMAZON
Seller Central operations — product listings, inventory tracking, and sales performance
analysis across 200+ products. I produced the daily, weekly, and monthly reports one client
used for inventory and pricing decisions during a period in which the account grew revenue
by 15%.
WHAT MOST VAs CANNOT DO
I work professionally as a Computer Programmer. I built and maintain
----------- alone — a live system an entire university campus uses every day
for enrollment, grading, and records. I gathered the requirements, designed the database,
wrote the code, deployed it, and I still support it.
