I've been in the business process outsourcing industry for almost 11 years. I started my career as a sales consultant for accounting software and moved up to a Managerial position. All throughout those years I became a sales-oriented person, mastered MS office application, had the knowledge on how to use different kinds of closing techniques, and managed many agents. I handled a team of trained sales experts to handle customer's purchases, cancellation requests,s and upgrade.I also have experience with data entry and worked with different kinds of CRM, tools, excel and helped clients with administrative tasks.I am open to any project that is compatible with my skills and knowledge.
